**Location:** Katy, TX  

**Compensation:** Starting pay ranges from $15 to $18 per hour, depending on experience, plus the potential to earn additional commissions based on sales performance.  

**Job Type:** Full-time  

**Schedule:** Tuesday to Sunday

**Position Overview:**

 

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Wellness Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for our clients, driving sales, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the spa. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales and customer service, with a passion for health and wellness.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

 

- **Client Engagement:** Greet each client with a warm welcome, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued from the moment they enter.

- **Facility Tours:** Offer tours of the spa to new clients, highlighting the benefits of our services and creating a personalized experience.

- **Sales and Memberships:** Follow a structured sales process to introduce clients to our membership options, special promotions, and add-on services.

- **Front Desk Operations:** Manage daily front desk tasks, including answering phones, booking appointments, handling client inquiries, and maintaining a tidy reception area.

- **Facility Cleanliness:** Assist in cleaning the facility to ensure a spotless and welcoming environment for clients.

- **Client Follow-Up:** Make regular follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.

- **Customer Relationship Building:** Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of service and client retention.

- **System Management:** Utilize Point of Sale (POS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems efficiently for client transactions, tracking, and record-keeping.

 

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

 

- Experience in sales and customer service, particularly in a retail, health, or wellness environment.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients.

- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.

- Basic proficiency with computer systems.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain a professional appearance.

- Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

- **Speaking Spanish is desirable but not required.**

 

**Experience:**

 

- **Retail Management:** 3 years (Required)

- **Sales:** 3 years (Required)
