KISD's annual Transition Resource Night features many vendors for families to visit with and obtain resources. The Handley Law Office will have a table of information, including the comprehensive 32-page Special Needs Toolkit and information from TEA covering Waiver Programs. This document was produced because of a new law developed by The Handley Family and named after their daughter.
