My business partner Marcus Payavla and I have been in our current location in Katy for 14 years. We have been in this community long enough to see kids grow up head to college and come back as leaders in this community. We have worked hard to build our brand and be a staple in the Katy area. We are so proud to get this next opportunity started in Fulshear. We knew Fulshear would be an excellent location for our 2nd location after 14 years. We have heard so mnay good things about this chamber and would love to be involved anyway we can.  We’ve been back-of-the-house guys we’ve been front-of-the-house guys we’ve been servers bartenders managers and enthusiastic diners in some of the best restaurants Houston has to offer. And in 2003 — over a few drinks and a conversation about how we would do things differently if the restaurant we were working in were actually “ours” — we decided to become owners.   Our philosophy is simple: our team members are more than a payroll our customers are more than a dollar-sign and the Cajun food favorites coming out of our kitchen are something we are more than proud of.   Orleans Seafood Kitchen is the product of decades of restaurant experience combined with a passion for connecting with people through the food we love.
