🔨 Job Responsibilities

As part of the Production & Install Team, you’ll:

Assist in cabinet building, sanding, prepping, and finishing

Help with shop organization, daily cleanup, and quality checks

Install cabinets, doors, and trim on-site with attention to detail and careUse project binders, whiteboard tasks, and checklists to track your work

Communicate clearly with leads and follow instructions fully

Treat every job site and teammate with professionalism and respect

Report concerns or suggestions directly to management or leads—never to coworkers

✅ What We’re Looking For

A coachable, respectful, and hard-working individual

Someone physically able to lift 100 lbs, bend, carry, and work on their feet

A quick learner who follows directions and takes initiative

Team-first mindset and positive attitude

Willingness to grow into a long-term position with opportunity

⏰ Schedule & Breaks

Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Breaks: Up to 1 hour total throughout the day (flexible)

Time Off: Requires written notice 2 weeks in advance
