SPECIAL NEEDS FAMILIES: The Arc of Fort Bend's Fall Disability Resource Fair

Description

This yearly Resource Fair is very well-attended with approximately 50 vendor tables providing comprehensive resources for families. The Handley Law Office with Team Handley in attendance will have an information table and be available to discuss Estate Planning (Wills & Trusts), Guardianship & Alternatives to Guardianship, and Special Needs Planning. Team Handley will have a 32-page booklet which discusses many of the topics Special Needs families need to know for their child's, and their family's current and future needs. Attorney Boyd Handley will be available to answer general legal questions and Special Needs Advisor, Carey Handley, will be present to help with topics like Waiver Programs. Team Member, Caytlin Handley, the face behind the newly passed Caytlin Handley Act (HB 1188) will also be on hand.
