SPECIAL NEEDS FAMILIES: Aldine ISD Annual Transition Expo

Aldine ISD is hosting their annual Transition Expo to connect families with disability tools and resources. Community partners and organizations will be there to help students and families in gaining knowledge and access to resources available in the greater Houston community. The Handley Law Office, PLLC will have an information table with resources to hand out to attendees, including the comprehensive "Special Needs Toolkit", a 32-page guide for all stages to your family. Attorney Boyd Handley will also be discussing the "Special Needs Toolkit" in a presentation that day. This guide and presentation covers Wills, Trusts (including Special Needs Trusts), Guardianship & Alternatives to Guardianship, Waiver Programs, and other pertinent information to help families navigate the often complex special needs planning.
