The Handley Law Office with Team Handley will be in attendance to provide families with information about Estate Planning (Wills & Trusts)\, Guardianship & Alternatives to Guardianship\, and Special Needs Planning. Visitors to our table will get a comprehensive 32-page booklet that help families plan from birth through their child's adulthood. We also have resource material from TEA & HHSC which was produced in accordance with the new Texas law (HB 1188\, The Caytlin Handley Act). This law provides families with much-needed information at a much earlier time than previously done. It was named for The Handley's daughter\, Caytlin\, a young adult with Special Needs.
