How It Works:
- Step 1: Build your scarecrow masterpiece!
- Step 2: Display it proudly in front of your business from Oct 1 – Oct 24.
- Step 3: Bring your scarecrow to the Scarecrow Festival on Oct 25th for live judging at the event!
