Dr. Amanda Allard-Schuster is a communication consultant, leadership coach, and charismatic keynote speaker who helps individuals enhance their relationship and communication skills in both their personal and professional lives.

Drawing from experience across corporate training, higher education, and small-business
consulting, she equips leaders and teams with tools to communicate more effectively,
navigate conflict, and create environments where people feel seen and supported.

Her career began at Concordia University of Texas where she fell in love with the art of
communication. She then attended Michigan State University where she obtained a
masters and doctorate in the field of interpersonal communication. While there she
conducted research on supportive communication and gossip.
